Free Foreground image overlay

Free utility that will add a foreground image to any software to use as a reference. I know we can already do that with sketchplanes, but now you can do similar in other softs. I like the on screen opacity slider, better than having to go into tool/options everytime... hint hint.

Hi Harryman,
Just wondering, do you get a terrible flickering when the reference screen is laid over the clay in freeform? It may be a graphics problem on my part.
